About the Agency
Established in 1987, O’Rourke Insurance Agency, Inc. is an independent agency located in the center of Whitman, Massachusetts.
Originally opened and founded by Gale (O’Rourke) Varraso, the agency is now run by her son, Ryan O’Rourke. We offer the personal service that's expected from a small town business.
O’Rourke Insurance has been a big part of the community, sponsoring local town sports teams and donating to many local charities.
We write for many major insurance companies — including Arbella Insurance, Hanover Insurance, Hingham Insurance, Foremost Insurance, and many others. Because we write for multiple companies, we can offer competitive rates and find the best fit for each customer's needs.

Meet the Team
In the insurance industry since 1973. Before opening her own agency in 1987, she worked for a long-time Whitman agency. Gale has recently become a snowbird and is at the office during the summer months.
Has grown up in the insurance business and has been with O’Rourke Insurance since 2012. Licensed, with over 20 years in customer-service-based roles.
Just starting off in the insurance industry, with 5 years in customer service. Hoping to earn his insurance license and one day take over for Ryan O’Rourke.
